I spent most of my life in survival mode, anxious, disconnected, and constantly searching, especially in love.

Even after years of therapy and inner work, I still found myself drawn to unavailable men, overthinking everything, and chasing love, feeling like I had to prove my worth to be chosen.

Everything changed when I stopped trying to fix things at the surface and started working at the level my patterns were actually driven from.

Through trauma-informed coaching, I learned how to regulate my nervous system, create real inner safety, and break the cycle of waiting to be chosen.

This work helped me heal from addiction, set boundaries without guilt, and build deep self-trust and faith in God, something I never imagined after being an atheist for 33 years.

Now, I guide women who understand their patterns but still feel stuck, into real inner safety and stability.

So they can stop chasing love, choose themselves, and build relationships that actually feel safe and real.
